Sorry to hear you are having issues. There are a couple of possiblities:

  1. Sometimes a simple refresh of the browser, and starting the video/audio stream before opening the Sleephead extension can resolve issue.

    Explanation: Due to certain limitations with the Web Audio API, and how the site you are using implements it.
  2. The Sleephead extension needs updated to add support for the streaming video/audio service, or it is not supported. Contact support to request the streaming service be added.
